Session Track Descriptions 
Engaging with Professional Services
Implementation experts will share with you how they can optimize and configure your CampusVue and Talisma solutions through managed services.
Talisma CRM
The Talisma CRM track is designed for all professionals using the Talisma product and involved with strategies to enhance institutional communications and relationship management. The sessions assume a working knowledge of constituent relationship management with focus on tips and techniques to accomplish the desired outcomes.
SEM and Student Services
The Strategic Enrollment Management & Student Services track is designed for professionals who work in the areas of recruitment, enrollment, career services, residence life and a variety of other student services. The sessions within this track are meant to provide information on how best to utilize CampusVue Student and/or Talisma CRM, discuss new features in the products, and create opportunities to network with peers from other institutions.
Technology & Trends
The Managing Technology track provides a broad spectrum of technology topics for professionals working in any area of IT. Sessions range from portal to disaster recovery, scalability to APIs, and e-Learning to higher education technology trends.  Participants will find value in hearing from product and industry  experts as to what is new, and what is planned, for the variety of technologies and services that support CampusVue and your institution overall.
Financial Aid and Student Accounts
The Financial Aid and Student Account Track offers financial aid and student account professionals of all levels a very in-depth look at the functionality provided by CampusVue Student Financial Aid and Student Accounts. This year’s sessions include an update on regulatory issues, student account application of payments, posting payments, disbursement approval criteria, DL reconciliation, automated stipends, automated awarding and regulatory updates.
CampusVue Finance, HR and Payroll
The Finance, HR and Payroll track is designed for professionals who work within the various areas of accounting, human resources and payroll. The sessions within this track are meant to provide information on how best to utilize CampusVue Finance, HR and Payroll, discover aspects of the application that will help you with reporting and create opportunities to network with peers from other institutions.
Academic Management
The Academic Management Track provides information for professionals of all levels serving in the registrar, academic, and academic services/support offices. Track sessions focus on how to maximize the logic and features in CampusVue Student, what is new within the solution, how to effectively use reporting to support your efforts, and best practices/networking discussions amongst attendees.
Complementary Sessions
Each session in our Complementary Sessions track provides in-depth information on a unique product or subject.
