Customers registered to attend CampusInsight 2012 are our guests for a fabulous, private dinner party and dancing at Disney’s Fantasia Gardens, located in the Epcot Resort area. Fantasia Gardens offers two 18-hole miniature golf adventures based on Disney’s classic animated film “Fantasia”. Choose Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course for a fantastic escapade complete with five musical sequences and interactive obstacles. Or, attempt Disney’s Fantasia Fairways, designed for the more serious golfer. This course features exaggerated contours, menacing water hazards, and diabolical sand traps and combines par-three and par-four holes ranging in length from 40 to 75 feet long.

This year we will dance the night away with DJ Miles and The H3-Extreme Mix on Wheels. The H3-Extreme is a one-of-a-kind Mobile DJ SUV, a self-contained DJ booth on wheels complete with powerful speakers, strobes and video screens. This marvel of machinery will pump up the crowd for dancing in our open air atmosphere.

To make our event shine with Disney flair, the Chef has tailor-made a custom dinner menu to truly create a memorable event. In addition to dancing and golf, you may choose to relax on a chaise lounge on the beach under the night sky, play arcade games in the golf pavilion, or engage in other games that will be available.

Buses will be available from the Rosen Centre Hotel or you can drive your own vehicle (there is no parking charge and the parking is very close to the event). Directions will be available at the conference registration desk. Return busses will begin departing Fantasia Gardens at 10:30 pm and the last bus will leave at 11:30 pm. Not ready to finish your evening? One bus will be available to take guests one way to Downtown Disney or you can be dropped off at Pointe Orlando on International Drive.

Your conference registration includes the Fantasia Gardens evening event, but you must select this option upon registration for yourself and a companion. The companion fee of $85 provides entry for a guest to attend.
