Our appointment scheduling desk is located next to our Genius Bar on the second floor of the Rosen Centre Hotel between Salons 7 and 8. With the exception of the lunch hour (noon to 1:00 p.m.), appointments are available throughout the regular breakout session periods on Thursday, April 26 and Friday, April 27.
