Higher education institutions face both challenges and opportunities each and every day, and in doing so, strive for excellence in addressing concerns and needs. Campus Management customers utilize our software and services solutions to solve problems, create efficiencies, and improve services to their constituents. We would like to honor our clients’ successes, and are proud to do so through the Campus Management Excellence Awards program.

Campus Management hopes to inspire our clients to share their stories, be recognized for excellence, and benefit all institutions and organizations within the Campus Management community through the sharing of strategies, innovations and measurable outcomes.

How to Win a 2017 Excellence Award

The webinar explores the Excellence Award Program, the submission and nomination process, and the criteria for each of the five categories: Constituent Service, Student Success, Innovation, Operational Efficiency, and Strategic Vision.


The Campus Management Excellence Awards nominations are open to all institutions and organizations utilizing Campus Management solutions. Any Campus Management product or professional service offering may have been used in any office across campus. Multiple submissions for an institution may be submitted for consideration. The following criteria are required for submission:

  • Nominations must be submitted online or by printing and submitting the completed form to your Account Manager by midnight Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
  • Nominee institutions must be current on your CampusCare agreements.
  • By submitting a nomination, your institution and project team agree to be featured in related Campus Management promotional and marketing materials.

The Campus Management Excellence Awards winners will be announced during the 2017 CampusInsight conference general session on Thursday, April 27.

Excellence Awards Categories

  • Excellence in Constituent Service

    Institution demonstrates excellence via use of Campus Management solutions or services to provide an enriched constituent experience. Examples of constituent experience include recruitment, engagement, student service, retention, personnel management, alumni relations, or fundraising.

  • Excellence in Student Success

    Institution demonstrates innovations or improvements through the use Campus Management solutions or services that directly result in student success. Examples include a decrease in attrition, increase in retention, increase in student financial responsibility, or increase in career placement.

  • Excellence in Operational Efficiency

    Institution demonstrates excellence via business process improvements and/or decreased operational expenses in the areas of employee service, administration, or infrastructure. Examples include increased efficiencies, reduced costs, or enhanced performance at the institution, gained through the use of Campus Management solutions or services.

  • Excellence in Innovation

    Institution demonstrates excellence in technological innovation and use of Campus Management solutions or services, serving as a catalyst to meet or exceed an institutional goal and positively affect the campus community. Examples include innovation in the use of mobile technologies, cloud, Web services, big data, and more.

  • Excellence in Strategic Vision

    Institution demonstrates the ability to foresee trends, needs or issues pertaining to the business of higher education, and works in a transformational way with Campus Management solutions or services to address these for the betterment of the institution and the constituents it serves. Examples include anticipating significant shifts in technology, evolving academic models, student engagement methodologies, employee development and retention practices, and more.

Nomination Process

Your institution may submit a nomination or multiple nominations, or be nominated by your Campus Management Account Manager, or a Support Analyst, Professional Services Implementation Consultant, or Product Manager at Campus Management.

Nominations must be submitted by midnight on February 28, 2017. Award winners will be announced during the general session on Thursday, April 27.
